If changing the settings doesnt work, i would setup vista on another computer, install setpoint, install your mouse, set the prefs, copy the user.xml to your 2008 圆4 machine, restart setpoint and see if the tab is visible. OS: Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP (or older), Windows 10. I have been using Logitech Setpoint of different versions since 2008 and each version change no issue until the latest version 6.70. Then select the MK300 from the Select Keyboard drop-down menu. Logitech Cordless Desktop Wave Pro Keyboard and Laser Mouse that is what I am using.Whatever model of mouse that it came with, I can not find a model number etc on unit. Once SetPoint opens, click the My Keyboard tab. NOTE: If you do not have SetPoint installed, you can download it from the MK300 Downloads Page. I upped the entire file user.xml that includes settings for my MX1000 and MX revolution from Vista x86 incase the copy your setpoint generated is messed up if you dont have either of those mice, you might have to edit the DisplayName= or the Model= parts but i think you should be able to get it working. Launch SetPoint (Start > Programs > Logitech > Mouse and Keyboard > Mouse and Keyboard Settings). Customizing mouse settings for games: In addition to adjusting the standard mouse settings, you also have the option of specifying certain settings when playing. Click the Change / Remove button and follow the on-screen instructions to uninstall SetPoint. Select Logitech SetPoint from the list of programs displayed. Choose the Battery Status tab at the left and select the M310 from the drop-down menu: View the status of your mouses battery. Classic start menu view: Start > Settings >Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs. also i noticed if you make the 2 numbers different, it just picks the lower number and changes the higher value to match. Open SetPoint (Start > Programs > Logitech > Mouse and Keyboard > Mouse and Keyboard Settings). Launch SetPoint and select the My Mouse tab at the top. Other numbers could probably be substituted but setpoint will just replace them with the closest number on the list or reset them to default. All the speed settings are stored in the Param tag under Device
